Shipping Policy – Terms & Conditions
General
- These Shipping Terms govern the dispatch and delivery of products purchased through our website.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms stated herein.
Order Processing and Dispatch
- For products available in stock, the Company requires 1–3 working days to process and dispatch the order.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST) on a business day will be processed on the same day, subject to: - Successful completion of payment verification
- Completion of card security checks
- Confirmation of stock availability
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders received on Sundays and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
- During peak periods (including but not limited to festive seasons, sales, or holidays), the processing and delivery timelines may be extended without prior notice.
Pre-Order and Out-of-Stock Items
- For items not available in stock, the estimated dispatch timeline is 2–6 weeks.
- The Company will communicate the expected dispatch timeframe to the customer for such orders.
- Any delays arising out of supplier constraints, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances do not constitute grounds for cancellation unless otherwise approved by the Company.
Shipping Restrictions
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or any other location where courier delivery is not supported.
- Deliveries made to rural, remote, or outlying regions may require additional transit and processing time.
- Orders requiring engraving, personalization, or customization shall require additional handling time and shall be dispatched within 15 working days, unless otherwise communicated.
Local Taxes, Duties, and Additional Charges
- Certain states or cities may levy OCTROI, LBT, or other local taxes on incoming shipments.
- Such charges are beyond the control of the Company and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstance.
- The customer shall be solely responsible for payment of all applicable local taxes, duties, or charges assessed by the destination state authorities.
The Company is unable to determine: - Whether a shipment will attract such charges, or
- The amount of such charges, if applicable.
In the event the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to such charges, the Company reserves the right to: - Deduct the return shipping cost, and/or
- Deduct the value of the goods,
from any refund due to the customer.
Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines vary depending on location, courier availability, regional restrictions, and external factors.
- All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Delays arising from courier operations, weather, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events shall not render the Company liable for compensation or cancellation.
Returns and Refund
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or manuals
- Customized or personalized products
- Discounted / clearance / sale items
- Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective area.
- After verification, we will arrange for:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- A refund, where replacement is not possible.
4. Return Process
- Contact us (email / phone) to initiate a return request.
- After approval, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for shipping.
- Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to damaged/defective/wrong product, shipping charges will be borne by us.
- For all other returns (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, if not yet dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and the standard return policy applies.
9. Product Colour, Size & Finish Disclaimer
- Minor variations in colour, grain pattern or dimensions may occur due to the natural properties of wood and handcrafted manufacturing.
- Such variations will not be considered defects and are not eligible for return.
10. Policy Updates
- We reserve the right to modify or update the Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
