Shipping Policy – Terms & Conditions

General

  1. These Shipping Terms govern the dispatch and delivery of products purchased through our website.
  2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms stated herein.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  1. For products available in stock, the Company requires 1–3 working days to process and dispatch the order.
    Orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST) on a business day will be processed on the same day, subject to:
  2. Successful completion of payment verification
  3. Completion of card security checks
  4. Confirmation of stock availability

  5. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  6.  Orders received on Sundays and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.

  7. During peak periods (including but not limited to festive seasons, sales, or holidays), the processing and delivery timelines may be extended without prior notice.

Pre-Order and Out-of-Stock Items

  1. For items not available in stock, the estimated dispatch timeline is 2–6 weeks.
  2. The Company will communicate the expected dispatch timeframe to the customer for such orders.
  3. Any delays arising out of supplier constraints, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances do not constitute grounds for cancellation unless otherwise approved by the Company.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or any other location where courier delivery is not supported.

  2. Deliveries made to rural, remote, or outlying regions may require additional transit and processing time.
  3. Orders requiring engraving, personalization, or customization shall require additional handling time and shall be dispatched within 15 working days, unless otherwise communicated.

Local Taxes, Duties, and Additional Charges

  1. Certain states or cities may levy OCTROI, LBT, or other local taxes on incoming shipments.
  2. Such charges are beyond the control of the Company and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstance.
  3. The customer shall be solely responsible for payment of all applicable local taxes, duties, or charges assessed by the destination state authorities.
    The Company is unable to determine:
  4. Whether a shipment will attract such charges, or
  5. The amount of such charges, if applicable.
    In the event the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to such charges, the Company reserves the right to:
  6. Deduct the return shipping cost, and/or
  7. Deduct the value of the goods,
    from any refund due to the customer.

Delivery Timelines

  1. Delivery timelines vary depending on location, courier availability, regional restrictions, and external factors.
  2. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  3. Delays arising from courier operations, weather, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events shall not render the Company liable for compensation or cancellation.

Returns and Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In its original packaging
    • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or manuals
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Discounted / clearance / sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective area.
  • After verification, we will arrange for:
    • A replacement (subject to availability), or
    • A refund, where replacement is not possible.

4. Return Process

  • Contact us (email / phone) to initiate a return request.
  • After approval, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for shipping.
  • Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damaged/defective/wrong product, shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, if not yet dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and the standard return policy applies.

9. Product Colour, Size & Finish Disclaimer

  • Minor variations in colour, grain pattern or dimensions may occur due to the natural properties of wood and handcrafted manufacturing.
  • Such variations will not be considered defects and are not eligible for return.

10. Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify or update the Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will reflect on this page.
